Dental Malpractice
Although dental malpractice cases don’t attract the same attention as medical malpractice cases, dentists can –and – do occasionally fail their patients. Injuries occur when dentists:
- Fail to properly map and place dental implants;
- Fail to regularly obtain appropriate x-rays;
- Fail to diagnose and treat decay and
- Fail to properly do restorative work including crowns and bridges.
The resulting damages can involve painful, lengthy and expensive restorative work for the patient. My firm has handled a variety of dental malpractice cases over the years in a variety of venues. Each of those cases resulted in a prompt and fair recovery for my clients.
If you feel you may have suffered damages because of poor dental care, please give my Chicago office a call so that we might discuss your case.
